A flash game site called 'No Games Allowed' ok, well you have a nice selection of games avalible, your banner at the top is a bit plain, its needs to have like backgrounds from games for example. I can make one for you for a small price of credits - (PM ME)

Back to the site, the navagation buttons needs some work, and the site is a bit dark. But you have a nice selction of games which is good. You should have images, above the game name, so people can take a look at it before clicking the link.
