It's ok, I guess, but I really don't like the way the header is cut into 2 and the way it is sliced messes it up. Also, do you like your code like that? Put all of your styles in an external stylesheet and clean up the whole code.

I can't comment on the content, because I don't speak whatever language it is written in.
