There is a google ad in the middle of the CPanel and I cannot find where you can add email addresses for the domain. I have about seven email addresses I need to make.

I did that, and the ad is still there, and there is no icon on cPanel that says 'Mail' on there, where you can create email addresses.

Look for the icon that say "webmail" underneath it.
