Do you think PayPal is really that safe ? It says PayPal is using US Army computers security systems but some hacker hacked into it so is it ?

Well https:// places can be hacked still yet, but if it says hacker free, then no need to worry. I have met a few hackers over the net before, and from what has happened to me in the past, they usually will hack the .com/cgi-bin part Sad.

paypal is safe, but you need to be sure that your on the paypal site and not one of the many scam sites.
